Requirements

• Photo I.D. required upon arrival
• All participants shall complete and sign the Liability Waiver and anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the Liability Waiver

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation time will incur a 100% charge. Failure to comply with the above mandatory requirements may result in you not being allowed to obtain your rental and no refund will be given. In the event of inclement weather or water conditions prevents you from participating in the activity, at your request, BouYah Watersports will use commercially reasonable efforts to move you to a different location or reschedule. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund.
